I am usually attending someone else’s Super Bowl Party, but this year I am the host. Here are the simple appetizers/food ideas I created for my Super Bowl Party this year.

Super Bowl Party Food #1: Charcuterie Board Kabobs
This is a Super Simple Super Bowl Party Food! Think about what you would place on a charcuterie board and place it on a skewer; which means that your kabobs could be sweet or savory or a mixture of sweet and savory (if you’re into that).
What you’ll need:
Tools/Appliances you will need:
- Wooden/bamboo skewers
Ingredients:
- Jar Artichoke Hearts
- Spinach
- Pickles
- Diced cheese(colby & monterey jack)
- Salami slices
- Prosciutto
- Olives
- Balsamic Glaze
Optional: Pickled Peppers, Sliced Cheese, Cherry Tomatoes

Instructions:
- Choose diced cheese, tomato, or olive as any one of the first ingredients threaded with the skewer. Either of these ingredients will act as an anchor to ensure the other ingredients do not slide off the skewer when being eaten.
- Place the rest of the ingredients listed onto the skewers, alternating between each ingredient. Note: Fold meat and spinach into bite sizes before placing on skewers.
- Continue this alternate stacking of ingredients until the peak of the skewer is reached. Top the skewer with the ingredient of your choice. I prefer pickles or peppers as my toppers.
- Drizzle Balsamic Glaze onto the skewers for extra flavor.
Optional: Place Balsamic glaze into a dipping bowl for guests who may want additional flavor added to their kabobs.
